You watch Dji for 5 minutes and you see he has a smoothness in his game to be a point guard.

Let’s hope Burton learns to dribble in the off-season. :)
Yes, Dji has that explosive first step that is deceptive. He looks like he is still gliding, but he has accelerated.
Agreed that Tyler needs to work on his ball handling. Switching hands and protecting the ball. He also needs to finish stronger inside and he will get a lot of and 1’s.

Agree...I think if Tyler works on his handle and lateral quickness he can really take a big leap. He has all the tools and would like to see him be able to beat some off the dribble, which would benefit his draft stock but the team as well.

Tyler getting the ball while already having taken a step like a give and go, he was
extremely explosive. He got in trouble when he seemed to be backing down a man
where either he mishandled the ball or got double teamed and got his shot altered.

I remember Diji more in the NIT last year where he drove the lane several times and looked quick and smooth doing it. Could see next year a lineup of Nelson, Goos and Diji playing a 3 guard offense with Tyler and Grace at 4 position. We would have guys who can drive and who can shoot outside and what should be a strong defense.
