Been on UR radar.Combined with visit to CVille,UMD,Wake,Duke,Nova-all this week.Grandfather was a managing partner at Goldman and Chairman of BOT of Fordham University at which he was an alumnus and benefactor.The family contributed a multimillion donation for a gym to Resurrection Middle School, and also made large contributions to the restoration of the Great Dome of the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem.
You can bet Fordham wants Jack to attend their school.Jack appears to be enjoying the recruiting process having also visited Holy Cross,Bryant,Columbia,Fordham,Rutgers,Princeton,Pitt,Yale,Brown,Penn,JMU,ODU,WM.
Most Catholic High Schools take the week leading up to Easter(Holy Week) as their Spring break.

Leach has been on a tour to include visits to UR,JMU,Penn,Temple,Lehigh,Lafayette,Cornell,EKU,RMU,Ohio.

With his size I wondered why there were not more big name schools after him. The young man has a great touch on his throw
and stands in the pocket well, but it may be his throwing motion which is more a push vs really slinging the ball. He is not the
fastest guy, but leaning forward he gets a natural yard or more than some QBs. He does have the luxury of being able to see and
throw over the line very easily.
Wonder if he is a two sport star based on his height? I kept thinking about the QB that played at Kentucky and later for a few years in
the NFL, who was left handed and about 6'6" and 300 pounds. He did not have the greatest throwing motion or movement, but was
successful in getting the balls to his receivers. Great technique is not everything.

Yea that's the guy. He looked more like a center or nose tackle and was hard to sack.

The football recruits which have been offered are of very high caliber.Our staff has done a great job.Look forward to additional recruits offered coming from the June 2/3 camps.Maybe they can help Mooney find a 1 year eligible PF.
We usually offer a good number of high caliber guys who end up at FBS programs fairly early in the cycle so we lose track of them. Not saying we don't end up with quality guys, but most of the highest rated guys we're offering now won't be in the mix at the end of the cycle.
A little surprised we're not seeing more overlap with JMU, as we frequently go head to head with them, but it's still early.

Last year our recruiting thread didn't start until June 9. This staff came to UR late, was short-handed for a while and put together a solid looking class in 2017. This also precluded them from getting in earlier on 2018 guys. They've been on the road a lot and have quickly identified solid looking prospects. With the kind of effort being displayed and the new early signing period, they may be able to get a jump-start on the 2019 guys even earlier.
I'm amazed by the volume of offers we've gotten out there. This staff is really putting in some work in identifying who they want. I believe they'll be effective in building relationships and get some great talent.
