I wouldn’t at all mind going back to the SOCON with WM, or helping restart A10 football. But I want no part of a football only conference.

Its a start of a conference and would eventually retain an auto bid. Would prob need 6 CAA schools to defect immediately for an immediate auto bid IIRC. Will have a ton of non conference flexibility to play our old rivals. WM, Elon, Delaware etc. Hopefully would encourage Davidson and Dayton to upgrade to scholarship.

Our Administration would never do it, but I say align with southern schools, small, more similar to us : Elon / W&M / VMI / Furman / Citadel / Wofford / Hampton / Davidson (increase schollies). UR shouldn’t be playing large public’s in the northeast like URI / Maine / NHamp. / Stony Brook etc.
