Temple went 20-12 last season. Should be a close one, hopefully we come out ready and take it to them early.

Was not paying close attention, but not shooting as well and Temple shooting better, plus some turnovers I think.

79-72 Spiders. Nice win and a lot of different scorers. Doogan zero pts but Ullstrom 32.

Great win! Spiders played with a balanced offense, scoring on different levels and led the rebound battle on defense. Looks like we have great depth. Ullstrom scored 32 points tonight, and what I like about this team is that it seems like we can have 3-4 players who could score 20+ on any given night. Turnovers was obviously the biggest downside from tonight, but understandable with freshmen and newcomers playing together and the first game jitters of the season. Still, very impressive win away against a solid Temple team! All without Alston our likely starting PG who I believe is out for injury. Not sure for how long.
My feed kept buffering. People complain about flofootball, but has always been better the espn+ for me.

bumping this thread so those logging on this morning who may have missed game are aware of the result.
This article mentions she had a minor surgery and the SpiderWBBall Twitter account posted a picture where is wearing a boot on her right foot, so I’m guessing something ankle related. Would be great if she is able to come back against Fairfield next week (who beat Arkansas handily in the home opener). My guess is that it won’t be the case. Hopefully she’s back by 11/30 where we have a stretch against: Oklahoma State, Georgetown, Columbia, Texas, Tennessee, and Alabama.
