UR has to beat Rhode Island for any chance to be in the top 4 of the A10, a position they have to be in for the A10 tournament. RI is easily the worst team of any of the ones currently ahead of the Spiders in the standings.

Rhody is not much more than a slightly above average team. Although I guess at this point, neither are we.
Exactly. If we can't beat an average Rhody team than this is still the same team we saw all OOC.

Just for the record, and in case kneepad is online, I expect Spiders to win by 7. So I may do an alt line and win big.

LOL. I'm kinda nervous now, because this was far less declarative than the usual, "we should win this game by double digits" that I'm used to.
Isaiah’s gotta stay on the bench until he can get this figured out. I’m less nervous with Sal out there dribbling than him. I think he’ll get it all together, but right now he is just overthinking everything.
Several of their 3 point shooters didn’t have a Spider within 6 feet of coverage.

I was listening to this on the radio and we were up 2 or 4, got a call I had to take and was away for no more than 10-12 minutes and come back and we are down 11! That's what they call a MoonJob
Is down 15 in the first half considered competing?
The Long-term plan has us really focusing on Rebounding in the 2030's and 3-Point FG Defense in the 2040's.
Another team "randomly" having its best three-point shooting game of the year against us?

URI attempts 15.7 threes per game. They’ve already attempted 12 in this one because we keep leaving them wide open
We make teams look like pros. That was one hell of an embarrassing half. Can’t we just get a coach? How much more horrible fundamentals need to be seen to realize Mooney is a crappy coach?
We don’t guard the 3 point line and every team knows if they miss they will get a second chance because we don’t rebound either.
The patented “Hope they miss defense” doesn’t always work it seems.
Don't worry, Mooney will have things figured out against Rhody by the time we play them for the sixth or seventh time later this season. Just relax.
