Yes, would like to see more of Sal. What little I have seen, makes me want to see more. I have not been able to catch the last few games, but I do like Andre's raw tools - shooting, length and athleticism. Sounds like he has had the indecision/turnover bug - but at this point need him to play through and improve. Love Woj, but we need Andre's size and athleticism next to Gilly on the defensive end.

Other big A10 game tonight is URI vs. Duquesne. If the Dukes win they move to 6-2 and 15-6 overall. Quite a difference from the normal bottom dweller they usually are. They don't have any signature OOC wins and only one bad loss to NJIT. So I wonder if they get a lot of conference wins would they be on the bubble?
If you bet SLU, Gilly is going to have his homecoming game of 37 pts and Spiders will lose by 8.
5 dimes is a good site. Bet $110 on SLU to cover to win $100 seems like pretty good odds to me. A college kid like me could always use an extra $100.
I think it's pretty safe to say SLU will cover that. Seems like a great bet to take to me.

Ooopppss, know how this works..............the surest way to get the opposite result is to bet on a "sure" thing............would be great to get a win but don't want you to lose "everything" in your bank account.........................

Ya I think I'm gonna bet the other team to cover against UR the rest of the season. I have a feeling I will make a lot of money doing that.
Since league play began SLU has averaged scoring in the low to mid 60 point range. They are a strong defensive team but I would take UR and the points in this one.
A Richmond fan could have certainly eased the pain over the past several years by simply betting against the Spiders every game. (Even while rooting for them).
Your are correct as your stats in your post prior to the one referenced indicate. Makes one "wonder" why the oddsmakers are so off in our games- hey maybe they were taken in by the "elite" coach talk of some of the announcers?
Ford is not a great X's and O's guy either. They play down to their competition. I don't see anyway we win tonight but we could keep it in the high single digits.
Which means coach can say we competed well.
Mooney has lost this team, historically we haven't played well at Saint Louis, they are a good rebounding and very physical team, we are not. SLU covers this one easily.
I really thought Mooney's team would play well enough to beat Joe's, Bonny or both. St L defense intense and excellent on the boards so this could be a blowout with Mooney's team not reaching 50. Reverse jinx theory in play.
St L shots include only 33% being 3PTA. Davidson got that up to 45%. And the Dukes beat them with Bills shooting 10% from deep. This not even an average offensive team in St L. Shoot plenty of FTA but poor 60%, 62% in A10 play. So appears Mooney's teams weakness is preventing teams from getting shots close to the rim and St L likes to get close in buckets or get fouled attempting them. Perfect storm for the Bills?
Mooney's team looked more aggressive on D about the Bonnies but even that might not help against St L. Maybe Mooney will mix it up again but on paper this looks like a pack it type zone could be the way to go. And though St L good on D with 3PTA maybe the kids come alive from deep though 32% doesn't make me feel confident.

Maybe I don't understand your post, but to bet $110 for a chance to win $100 would never be a good bet in my mind.
That's the "vig" or "juice."
It's how the sportsbooks make their money. You have to bet 11 to win 10 on straight bets.
I went with SLU to cover tonight. Usually I would be worried with the way this game is going so far but since it's UR I still have no doubt that SLU will cover.
Wow! What an offensive performance by GG and Co. I guess Mooney's team will go over 50 points for the game. 
Hit 3's and make FT's and you have a lead.....................Glad 32 family and friends are there to support Gilyard..................
I really hate to be a downer on here but we really don't need this win for the long term health of this program. A win in a game like this and more to follow only ensures that Mooney is more likely to stay. Not what we need.
