Very bad sportsmanship. VCU is a great team and I wish them the best in whichever tournament they play in as long as it is not head to head with the spiders.Suck on some of that, Lambs. Enjoy the Not Invited Tournament.

Yes, Richmond is local. DC is National…We don't run Richmond we are 9-22 against VCU
Yes sir. This is what happens to VCU when half the fouls they commit are called.
Sorry but It's called reality of the situation my friend. Something Mooney doesn't ever acknowledge.Stop being a Debbie Downer!
I don't.VCU is a great team and I wish them the best in whichever tournament they play in
And you always pick out something negative in every post. Guess you missed the "great effort, great win" part. You always find something negative to say.
he should be happy, his man-love Moonie is going to be around for the rest of his life. And you always pick out something negative in every post. Guess you missed the "great effort, great win" part.
Maybe my whining comment is striking a little close to home, Greg. Why don't you just enjoy this wonderful win instead of all your negative comments about other posters? Humm?
No Richmond is National, VCU is local.Yes, Richmond is local. DC is National…
It's OK to say that Chris Mooney outcoached Mike Rhoads tonight.Everything worked tonight as planned. Good to see the team put in 40 minutes of consistent effort. CM played Grace more I think and he is a much better defender than GG.
Shocked VCU did not attack the offensive glass. They ran back after the first shot as if they had Spiders on their jerseys. Rhoades missed this one imo. I guess he wanted to stop us from running.
I think we are 8-22 unless this counted as two wins.Yes, Richmond is local. DC is National…
Grace is better than Grant right now, I'll say it. For what we need right now, I'd rather see him get more minutes the rest of the way.Everything worked tonight as planned. Damn it’s nice to beat that trash up the street!!!
They're hardly a great teamVery bad sportsmanship. VCU is a great team and I wish them the best in whichever tournament they play in as long as it is not head to head with the spiders.
Rhoads fell asleep on the offensive board advantage every team knows about, thats for sure. It's OK to say that Chris Mooney outcoached Mike Rhoads tonight.
I didn't realize EL was in the game. What number are you EL?Very bad sportsmanship. VCU is a great team and I wish them the best in whichever tournament they play in as long as it is not head to head with the spiders.
I agree. When we execute, it makes all the difference in the world. Think back to the home win vs St Bon where we had 2 good halves of execution. Tonight was that kind of game. On the other hand, last night vs RI was slop. We have so little room for error due to the fundamentals lacking in Mooney’s choices. Tonight the guys executed, and the results were rewarded.Rhoads fell asleep on the offensive board advantage every team knows about, thats for sure.
Not sure CM did anything different. You may think he concocted some amazing game plan we have never seen before and id love to hear it. I think this team just sometimes decides they want to play hard and they put in the effort and play with confidence. Tomorrow might be a different story. I hope not.
The solution- place yourself on ignore.Moderators please monitor the rest of my posts tonight... I'm in the single malts now.
I believe 11-22 sounds better. Why stop lets even the score 22-22..I think we are 8-22 unless this counted as two wins.
We don’t have anybody who can create their own shot against VCU. And anytime someone beats their man they’re terrified to drive so they back it back out. Maddening to watch
he said he only pays attention to positive people, so he picked up on this board saying for years this team plays best when it plays hard and fastSurprised that was his take away from this board…
The solution- place yourself on ignore.
Feels like Mooney has a set (tight) rotation at this point. I wouldn’t expect anyone except the starters, Grace, Sherrod, Wilson (sparingly), and Crabtree (sparingly).Last night was great. Most fun I've had since the pandemic started and I was only watching on tv.
Only two small complaints/concerns.
It got a little too close for comfort towards the end (like many other of our games).
I would have liked to see Bailey get some minutes.
I hope he lives a long happy life…… in retirementWe beat them when it counted.
Long live Mooney!
