You know why JMU does not have an issue with getting transfers/grad transfers and UR does? It's called a "Cost of Attendance Stipend ". JMU gives it to players and UR doesn't. UR does give it to MBB and WBB because the A-10 says they have to. CAA does not have that rule. If CAA did then maybe it would level the playing field for all teams to compete for those players. P5 schools give as much as 4k per year to each player. When a kid is used to getting that money for 4 years then looks at dropping down to FCS they still want the money.

Basketball (Malcom Bernard, Josh Jones), Football (AJ Hines-denied admission, David Broaddus), Baseball (alleged fantasy football). On every one of those occasions, the teams/athletes lost.
That doesn't even count the BS he probably pulled on the other sports as well.
