Thought this guy deserved his own thread now that he is taking an official visit.

This is the kind of pro active approach we should have been taking all along, instead of guessing on the Smithen's and Singleton's.

Proven scorer at the D1 level, lower level but I like taking a chance on this kind of player that has a really good chance of being a contributor - though it won't be until the season after next.

Yep, this is a proven impact player at a D-1 program. 40% 3 point shooter, 80% FT shooter. Would assume he needs to sit out a year though.

he's a 6'0" (maybe) 165 lb shooting guard. BCS schools don't go for that.

not really. we have a serious need for guards when Blake would be eligible.

Only thing that worries me, Charleston coming off an NCAA, Grant vs Mooney recruiting (not a cook off), not a bad city, these things would worry me if I thought we could get him.
