Lachlan was primarily used as a blocking tight end for Langley HS. He's a big kid and doesn't appear to have really refined his blocking technique to drive his opponent. Once his technique and feet catch up with his size, he's going to be a force. His frame also appears to be able to put on pounds without a lot of effort.
No inside information, but I'd be surprised if he ended up at TE for Richmond. Best guess is that he takes a couple of years in the weightroom and transforms himself into a rush-end for the Spiders.
