About as good a start as could be hoped. Not likely, but if we can keep a margin in 2nd half maybe this game does not take as much out of us. Good start.
Make it make sense - we move the ball well all half and build a double digit lead. Then we decide to go iso with Randolph 35 feet from the basket for the last possession?! Keep doing what's been working!
Maybe only being 2nd team A10 angered him when PoY was in his sights.
UMass is horrific, but at least we treated them like you should treat a terrible team. Keep it up.
If someone told UMass before the game: "Play like you need your program to get kicked out of the A-10 immediately after the game, or possibly during it," I don't know that they would have played any worse than this. Good lord.
This UMass team is comically bad. And somehow we lost to them.
Last time, when they were missing some comedians, it seemed less funny...

Burton is certainly beating them singlehandedly, but it's really a complete smackdown in every regard. Quinn is doing everything, our defense is suffocating them, Grace is draining threes.
I'm not watching but watching how we finished the season, UMass must either be horrific OR they have simply quit on the season, possibly both.
UMASS isn't good. but we're playing really well. Burton, Quinn and Grace especially. frontcourt brought it.
we've got a lot of games to play if we're going to go anywhere. bring in Walz and Noyes.

Let's not discount the energy these guys are bringing. Wasn't sure it would carry over to the second half. Never seen Bigelow play such passionate defense and my goodness can he rebound. These guys do not want the season to end.
8 minutes left in the game and Burton is still outscoring UMass by himself. Good lord.
To be fair, both black and white appear to be playing for Richmond today.
You didn't fly up Queel's private jet for the game. Figured you would be sitting in some nice box seats with all of your inside connections and all.
