At home
To remind all of the returning offensive talent.
At QB, we have Kyle Lauletta and Kevin Johnson
At RB, we have Gordon Collins, Xavier Goodall, and Denontez Thompson.
At WR, we have Tyler Wilkins, Caleb Drake, Porter Abell, Dashon Tibbs, Jamal Bevels (out), Devon Brissett, Cortrelle Simpson (from Temple), Jeremiah Brown (from Wake).
At TE, we have Stephen Jacobs and Garrett Hudson.
Plus we have the entire offensive line, less Thomas Evans and Nick Bergos.
At this point it looks like we are weakest at WR.
This season looks bright.

What's the update on Bevels? I thought he had a re-injury. Guessing the two WR transfers from Wake and Temple may get some run as well. I do think the offense looks good with depth at QB, RB, TE and OL.

Personally, I am stoked about the returning depth at Running Back. Our 3rd string RB carried the team last year.

We did lose Thomas Evans and Nick Vergos on the offensive line. Those were two guys that anchored the inside of the line for multiple years (both as players and great leaders). Definitely agree with you that we have a lot coming back, but I am interested to see who steps up and fills those roles.

Idk how we're going to split up the carries between the three running backs, it's a good problem to have!

Bevels is out for the year I believe with a torn ACL. And you forgot to put Tyler Wilkins at WR, who is likely our most talented WR returning

Completely agree. I think we'll find a way to make things happen at wide receiver. Middle of the offensive line is the unproven area.

Regarding running back, i see Deontez as the 'go to' guy and Xavier as the 'change of pace' guy this fall. From what i understand, Collins had the worst of the ACL injuries last fall so i'm not sure we should expect to see a whole lot from him, unfortunately.

Lets not forget the WR from Wake and the WR from Temple. WR from Temple has run a 4.3.

Bevels was injured in the spring game. I believe he's out for the season.

As I recall, Wilkins sat out the spring game but is all set for the fall.

So that leaves us with Tyler Wilkins, Caleb Drake, Porter Abell, Dashon Tibbs, Devon Brissett, Cortrelle Simpson (from Temple), and Jeremiah Brown (from Wake). Can the two transfers play immediately or do they sit for a year? Which of this group will contribute most.

I see Wilkins being an all conference WR this fall. I also see Tibbs being a bigger contributor than some might expect from a former walk on. Dashon is a real leader on the team.

And yes, Brissett is a real burner.

Porter A bell is the sleeper in that group. I think he will be a good possession receiver in this offense.
