I’m thrilled to see Khwan having a great experience in his last year of eligibility. Hope he has a big run in the tournament.

I do not think the players support all the negative posts and view the posters as heroes. I do however think the players have a very strong desire to win, understand that the fan base does too, and are smart enough to understand that not winning will make the fan base frustrated (in the same way Gilyard takes about his frustrations with the way the team was accepting losing earlier this year). It is interesting you say that, because I would think the majority players would overwhelming support most of my post and think most of the guys on this thread are a bunch of " " (please fill in the blank). Do you actually think the players support all the negative post and view those posters as some type of heros out to save them?
With that said they might not like what I say about Khwan, who was one of my favorite players when he was a Spider, but they need to know there are negative consequences with transferring, which have been previously mentioned in this tread.
Apparently players transferring is worse than coaches not winning. Weird.but they need to know there are negative consequences with transferring, which have been previously mentioned in this tread.

Maybe. If this board is a bellwether for the fan base at large (a leap for certain) then your assumption is wrong.I don't know about that. I just don't think there is a lot of love for guys that leave programs, whether the school they leave is doing well or not

Khwan graduated. I don’t consider him a transfer. But out of the hundreds of guys that transfer, can you even give a few more examples other than our board?
No because there aren’t that many teams who have missed 8 straight ncaas and still retained their coach. But out of the hundreds of guys that transfer, can you even give a few more examples other than our board?
Plus Chambers at least won the NIT last year.Yep. Among multi-bid leagues, there are two: us and Penn State. In fairness to Chambers, he was hired to repair a disaster. Mooney was coming off a Sweet 16.
They havent won enough! Personal accomplishments dont mean squat if you dont put wins up. Same w every fanbase in the world. Jerseys are rarely retired anywhere if the player wasnt a part of a winning team. Records can be set but the win/lose record and championships are the only thing anyone will remember. Sorry Grant and Gilyard.Of course you do. Treads relative to Grant or Gilyard winning the A10 player of the week or Grant potentially having the most point as a sophomore in Spider history or Gilyard potentially setting the NCAA steal record accumulate few positive comments, but Khwan transferring and averaging about 3 points a game on 35% should gets 481 comments and counting. We got great fans on this board!
I agree. I watched that game and KF was totally ineffective in his 13 minutes.KF only got 13 minutes today with with no points on 0-2 shooting with Cards beating ND. Perry played better and got his time along with KIng getting more minutes. If team can't score enough, Mack has to prioritize O over D especially with ND not being a team that isn't going to light up the scoreboard.
It is interesting you say that, because I believe the players we recruit are very intelligent young men. If they're reading this board, they'd notice that any time someone asks you for an example of the "many vicious personal attacks on players" or "number of posters who want to hurt the program" you bring up, you can never provide one. That's because you fake more "attacks" than Jussie Smollett. I think they see right through you.It is interesting you say that, because I would think the majority players would overwhelming support most of my post and think most of the guys on this thread are a bunch of " " (please fill in the blank). Given that most of his former teammates are still publicly supporting him on SM (and vice versa), they probably don't view him has a traitor. Since he'll still be playing meaningful basketball in two weeks, he's probably OK with the negative consequences. With that said they might not like what I say about Khwan, who was one of my favorite players when he was a Spider, but they need to know there are negative consequences with transferring, which have been previously mentioned in this tread.
Dang, I won ....and lost a lot of my life reading about a former player.I hear the poster of the 500th post on Fore will receive a Louisville jersey. Go for it, Guys!
When should we start the De’Monte Buckingham 2019-2020 season thread?
I can't wait for the Buck thread next year. Buck is gonna tear it up out in Bakersfield. When should we start the De’Monte Buckingham 2019-2020 season thread?

Well, he did have the best seat in the houseUVA sent Fore packing with 0 points

He is still a SpiderKhawn hasn't scored in the last 4 four games in 17 minutes per contest but still extremely proud of what he has accomplished this year. Played for a program that has been historic over the years though tarnished of late by that thing called Pitino. Mack's team played the #11 hardest overall schedule this year along with #32 ranked OOC schedule. Kudos KF.

He is still a Spider
Think he is now 1 for his last 15, but he did score for the 1st time in 5 games tonight.
Lol South, what I was referring to was that he had not scored in 4 games playing total of 68 minutes.
