Fire the whole team

I had a huge problem with the billboard, and more specifically the signature. you don't do something like that and sign it "Richmond Fans" as if you speak for all of us. if you want to embarrass the coach, the team, and others at UR then man up and sign it.
We have a number of folks that have no class and don’t consider who they hurt or upset. The world revolves around these people - didn’t you know?

How can we be NCAA tournament material? The whole Robin's Center is a dead as a door nail. We are down 6 at halftime. Looks like the team realized a covid pause was coming. I see very little energy at all.

Not sure why anyone is really surprised by this. Maybe the margin, but not a decisive win by St Joes . This is Mooney ball. We have seen it time and time again. No sense of urgency, no defense, just not a winning culture.
I watch every year and same same same . My coach use a yardstick to make us hungry I still feel the sting. Sorry it was a different time so please forgive

The inconsistency is a hallmark of the Mooney era. They look good enough at times to allow you to see great potential, but then are just horrible at other times. In my view, it's bad coaching and development that they underperform so often.

It's hard to find a more underachieving coaching performance the last 2 years in any sport.

Can everyone in the Richmond area please boycott the rest of the season and not show up at the Robin's Center? Can the FMM guys come back and put up another billboard? Can Jabba come out of hiding and do his job and fire the fraud that runs the program? At least I can officially give up on the season now.

Just cancel the season blame covid. A totally lose of words. Favorite by 11 at home. Lose by 25. All is well with the Mooney crowd. You gotta be kidding me...

Both revenue sports (football and basketball). are both falling apart as we speak. Next game at St.Louis winning at St Louis seems really far fetched.

We were outscored 41-30 in the second half tonight. Umass was depleted of many players. We were sitting at home with zero absent players.

If they could hit shots, they wouldn't be averaging about 50 points a game this year...

last time I checked the team with the most points at the end won, I would rather score 50 and hold the other team to 49 than score 99 and give up 100

I find it amazing we can't find anyone to play against. I understand the covid protocols. But seriously Davidson isn't till January 14th.

The other non-COVID teams who had games canceled this weekend were St. Joe's and SLU, and we've already played the single matchups we're scheduled to against both of them for the season.

So far we're the only one with a game canceled on us for the upcoming Tuesday/Wednesday set, so there's nobody available to match up with. Maybe that will change tomorrow with new announcements, so we'll see. But that makes for a short prep for a Tuesday game or pushing things to Wednesday which isn't great for turning around to face Davidson on Friday.

Otherwise it comes down to the more complicated scenarios where you start moving dates for existing games that haven't been postponed, in order to free up teams for makeups. That's obviously a lot tougher.

The A-10 is starting to dip their toe into that by moving the future 1/19 Fordham/Dayton game to 1/25 in order to free up Dayton for a Bona rescheduling on 1/18. But that's obviously a lot tougher to pull off regularly, especially at the last minute.

I asked for it on November 9th and I'll ask again, can we please blow the entire program up and start from scratch? We set the entire program back several years by letting Mooney bring back everyone for their Covid year. Each of them are decent players individually but none of them are winners. Never have been and never will be. Truth hurts sometimes.

That is in addition to Mooney being a terrible coach.
