Good question. Is best strategy for a "tweener" to hold out till last minute? And maybe get left out? Or wind up at a lesser program?

CLASS OF 2018 FOOTBALL SIGNING DAY PARTY
As a special benefit for being a season ticket holder, you are invited to our 2018 National Signing Day party! Join us on February 7th from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Jepson Alumni Center as we celebrate the student-athletes that will soon be joining the Spider football family. More looks like a really good player but I think we probably had to go a little further down our board than we wanted on the others.
OL will need to be a primary focus in 2019.

Bobo explained that he has looked at Auburn for a long time because of its engineering program. Why are we recruiting him? Are there some details that we don't know, or did this not come up in conversation. Our 3-2 and 4-2 programs are interesting regarding engineering. I just don't know what kind of engineering Bobo has decided on, or if he has decided. He may want to spend some time looking at our website and getting a degree that is special, instead of getting lost in the crowd at Auburn. I used to coach his high school coach when he was in high school - but I am not going to even risk an NCAA violation by calling him now - since I haven't looked at the rules in a while. His high school coach is a great football guy and a fine family man. I would like to see Bobo attend UR - it would be a great fit - for us and for him.
Give UR compliance a call tomorrow.Maybe I’m missing something here but I don’t see a call to his coach is a rule breaker.I’ll pay for the long distance charges no matter what length the call.

watched this young man's tape again, and would guess based on his cutting ability running with the ball that he
will be a RB for us vs CB. Looks like he has great hands, but his ability to make people miss, I liked the best.
