Killed on the glass and we get to the line only once. That’s who we are, but it’s a big hurdle to overcome every night.
Rigjt now, they look like their offense can continue and we seem unlikely to get 5 threes from Burton and Grant. They went zone at the end of the half. Sure Moon man won’t change our defense despite struggling for several games now. Why do I not feel good about the Mckillop /Mooney matchup in the 2nd half?

Need to get to the free throw line by drawing more contact, although some of the contact is ignored by refs.

UR is a good offensive team but a really bad defensive team. Looks to me like the same old things are gonna hold this team back which is poor rebounding and bad defense. Can’t tell you how many times I saw in the first half where UR gave up offensive boards for points or even fouled the guy grabbing the offensive rebound. I’m tired of having one team every 14 years that can overcome the deficiencies with the coaching staff. Last year appeared to be the team that was gonna overcome the deficiencies but obviously we know what happened with the end of the season. This team doesn’t look like they can overcome poor rebounding and bad defense. Losing Sherod is a big reason why.
Goldens rebounding the last few games is really lacking. No position and he rarely goes and gets the ball
And as I’ve said an absurd amount of times the last few years; this team is a reflection of its coach, soft.
But we need to do something about our defense. they get guys with the ball onto the paint literally every single trip
No one is stopping the dribble. Look how quickly and easily Davidson brings the ball up court on every single possession. There's no resistance at all. They have probably scored on 80% of their possessions.
Maybe that’s why he does t take timeouts. We come out and run what he set up and turn it over on an offensive foul within seconds.

I don't like NOT having Goose and Crabtree when we play Davidson ...
Sure injuries happen but year after year? Lack of depth is on CM.....he doesn’t develop bench players
