Basketball coming back, but not Football tomorrow

I'm not trying to make this political....but nobody seemed the least bit concerned with millions in jobs protesting with ZERO precautions; yet we can't play sports with no one in the stands and all of the safety precautions that have been offered???
Am I the only one who has a problem with this. I'd bet money that most of college athletes, when/if not playing, are hanging out together in groups.

Agree Rick and for the age group and healthiness of college athletes the danger of covid is miniscule anyway.

I don't disagree. But everyone who protests does so at their own personal choice. With any type of athletics, you would essentially be mandating student athletes, coaches, referees to play/work. So, as always in our society the lawyers and risk management folks win out. No one wants to get sued.
