As much as I despise Jim Boeheim and as much as I respect Bennett and their team and have a number of Wahoo friends, I can't help but smile inside.

Just wow.

Told my son that now the Spiders and Hoos can watch the Funal Four together. OSC

That sure looked familiar. How many times have we seen that?

Feel the same way. I have no reason to dislike UVA and really don't like Boeheim, but there I was pulling for Syracuse. Maybe, I just want another fan base to feel like ours a bit, crapping the bed away on a game you had won. You would like to say a 1 seed in the NCAA and a run to the Elite 8 is a great season but I bet a lot of Wahoo fans aren't feeling that way tonight. They had a National Championship caliber team this year.

I agree, no Wahoo fan is feeling good about the season tonight, especially after an epic meltdown to a mediocre team. Basketball is over this year for me. Looking forward to Masters, Kentucky Derby and football now.

As a Philly fan, I will root for Nova. It was great to see them beat Kansas. Buddy Hield is also really fun to watch.

I actually have been pulling for UVA, which surprised me a bit. Felt pretty bad for them. As much as it has sucked to be a Spiders fan in recent years, I think it would hurt more to have been a Cavs' fan these past 3 years. They have had the talent to win multiple national championships but haven't even made one Final Four.

They only made one with Ralph.

All about expectations. Bennett has their program at the point where not making the Final Four is a disappointment. Meanwhile, I hope we can fill out a full roster next year.

Yes, can't feel too bad for the Wahoos fans. Went from mediocrity to mediocrity, bad hire to bad/mediocre hire to now getting Bennett and having probably a perrenial top 10 type of program. As great as Brogdon is, he was not able to take the game over vs. UNC in ACC title game, or today with final four on the line. They have Hall taking critical shots instead?? Great year for the Cavs, I would take it in a heartbeat. There were teams with more talent every year, you can't say they should have won a title.

UVA did what many teams do with a good lead late in the game, they get too comfortable.
They started settling for outside shots and their movement got less and less. They had
control of the inside and stopped going to it. UVA uses a lot of energy on defense that translates
into easy baskets on the other end of the court. But a few threes in a row from the Cuse took all
that energy away, much like Spiders and Rams with the 34 second collapse and Brothers basket.
Big Mo is a powerful weapon.
