If there was ever a game to just go crazy and completely flip the script, this would be the game. Bench Tyne - let GW3 start and play him 30 minutes tonight and lets see what he can do. Tyne still comes off the bench and gets 20 minutes, but lets just put GW3 out there, play through mistakes, and see what we got. If he plays great - your a genius, and GW3 helped his transfer portal highlight tape. If he plays terrible, then you can put him back on bench and never play him again.

I would love for GW3 to be actually given meaningful minutes and be allowed to play through mistakes. We also know that this will never happen. As soon as he made that bad pass against Davidson, Mooney had Roche at the ready to sub in. It's like he is just waiting for GW3 to do something he doesn't approve of so he can sit him the rest of the time. Has to be so discouraging as a player, to see other guys be allowed to make mistakes and not get yanked, but you know if you do, you are out.
Mooney hates GW3 for whatever reason.
Moon has a long history of this. Once his decision is made about a guy - - thats it. There is no coming back etc. As has been stated - - the next mistake is all the validation Moon needs about a guy he doesn't like. And he will never open himself up to criticism that would come if he let a guy out of the penalty box and he was good and then everyone was on Moon for why did you bury him etc. It works best for him to handle it just like with GW - - let out just til he makes a mistake to prove your point and then back to the deep bench again!
Somebody explain how our philosophy on not giving up fast break points works.
I see Moon’s experimenting by mixing up lineups a bit. Would be a cool experiment to guard 3 point shooters and see if it helped.
