Glad I'm not a coffee drinker; 1/4 of the coffee in our country comes from Colombia and it's going to cost more now. And everyone will raise their prices, not just those who use Colombian beans. Looking out for the average guys/gals again.

By the way, you left off cocaine, Columbia's biggest export to the US. It's second largest export has been illegal immigrants. However, now Columbia is a net importer of the criminals it dumped into the United States.

Trump's road to fascism has begun. He is ignoring the Constitution and the separation of powers. His Executive Orders or instructions have (i) eliminated Birthright citizenship in violation of the 14th Amendment (ii) stopped the flow of funds after the funds have already been authorized by Congress (he got impeached for this once when he wittheld funds from Ukraine) (iii) fired 18 Inspector Generals without giving a reason and 30 day notice to Congress as required by law (he wants lapdogs instead of watchdogs) (iv) fired long time and other attorneys in the Justice Dept. simply because they were assigned to work on the cases against him and (v) pushed through Hegseth, the most unqualified and morally corrupt Secretary of Defense in history, by pressuring Senators and having his supporter thugs issue threats against Senators who were on the fence.
The Courts have stopped him temporarily on (i) and (ii), but who is going to permanently stop him? The outcome of these 2 items should be crystal clear, but the Supreme Court may allow them because its Trump. And what if the Supreme Court disallows these and Trump says I'm doing them anyway. He has no fear of criminality, these Executive Orders are "official acts". He controls both the House and the Senate, the DOJ, and will no doubt get a puppet appointed to head the FBI.
Trump thinks he can do anything and get away with it and he may be right. He has been in office less than 10 days and I can't imagine what is coming. Trump wants to rule, not govern, and the Republicans are to afraid to challenge him. He claimed no knowledge of Project 25, no surprise he lied there. These actions are right out of the Project 25 playbook.

Trump was warned that this game of freezing funding he's playing could lead to plane crashes because the FAA already was short on air-traffic controllers. Then a week later, a totally preventable incident happens. We're still hearing people whine about Benghazi 12 years later. Four people died there. Almost 70 died last night. I hope you are all equally outraged at Trump's incompetence.
