The Biden Doctrine

Part of the Biden Doctrine encompasses 1) loosening voting rules to allow cheating, 2) elimating controls that support election integrity, and 3) allowing illegal aliens to vote,

Rating of Washington Examiner:

No. In fact, it is not really a “news source.”

They merely take the news from other popular resources, and then re-write it, adding a conservative “spin” to the event. It is a propaganda tool, designed to sway people’s opinion.

It currently ranks as at the “far right” to “extremist” in ranking, according to Media Bias Fact Check.

“They may utilize strong loaded words (wording that attempts to influence an audience by using appeal to emotion or stereotypes), publish misleading reports and omit reporting of information that may damage conservative causes. Some sources in this category may be untrustworthy.”

main-qimg-88f3d24bafbda982f20381ed80063f6c

When it comes to the reporting of facts, they were given a rating of “Mixed.”

This means they do on occasion report some facts (but always with a spin). They have also been caught publishing fictional stories, or outright lies.

They are one of the worst examples of media, and they cannot be described as “news” because of the fictional items and the lies.
Argue the points, one should not dismiss a source just because it erodes one's world view.

The Biden Doctrine is centered on Uncle Joe's desire to surrender and to cut and run. It infects every aspect of his policy choices.

It has been 121 days since Joe Biden abandoned Americans in Afghanistan. We still have hostages held in Afghanistan.

The electoral college was a contrivance to protect the power of the slaves states. It has no use in 21st-century America.

It's great that people used to ride their horses to vote. Read your history and you'll find that people once didn't have electricity or running water. Once blacks or native Americans were not considered citizens. Once women could not vote.

So, the direct election of Senators "bastardized" the system? You must have also loved the Dred Scott and Plessy vs. Ferguson decisions, too. Got a Roger Taney poster over your bed?

Times do change.
You mean the Connecticut Compromise?

Winston Churchill, May 1940:
We shall go on to the end. We shall fight in France, we shall fight on the seas and oceans, we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our island, whatever the cost may be. ...we shall never surrender

Joe Biden, channeling his inner Winston Churchill:
We shall quit while we are ahead. We shall fight climate change in France, we shall fight rising seas. We shall act with fear and trepidation, for fear of offending another. We shall not defend our land, nor protect our borders. We shall allow fighting, murder, and mayhem in our streets. We shall let down our guard and bestow money, nuclear weapons, and power to our enemies. When this land or a large part of it were subjugated and starving, then our allies from beyond seas shall not carry on the struggle, because we abandoned them. We will be a nation alone and on its knees. We shall surrender.

I don’t know if this was originally from you, but it is excellent and to the point.

The parody was mine. I watched the "Darkest Hour" on 1/2/2022. I am always stunned by Churchill`s ability to rally his people to greatness. I paraphrased the speech from Wikipedia:

I am also fascinated how the German army, logistically powered by horses, using simplistic armor tactics and armor it expropriated from Czechoslovakia, was able to overrun France in a matter of weeks. How does a great nation lose the will to save itself?

First may I say love your parody and plan to steal it and post it. Okay, if you have it copyrighted I better not. LOL

Secondly, France hasn’t been strong since Napoleon. They have decided to eat cake. LOL

Go right ahead. Feel free to quote Churchill when he says wars are not won by evacuations, post 123 above. Also, tweak it to make it sound better.

France lost the will to fight in May, 1940. The nation was undermined by socialists and communists at home and abroad.

Joe Biden is at it again. The Biden Doctrine is alive. He is making the same mistake Neville Chamberlain made in 1938. Chamberlain invited aggression by appeasing Nazi Germany. Biden is doing the same with Putin.

Don't believe they are allowed to leave their houses now, perhaps, but not much more than that. ;)

In his own words, Biden signals that a Russian incursion into Ukraine would have no consequences for Russia.

"Many people reacted with horror when President Biden implied yesterday that there might not be such a strong reaction to a “minor incursion” by Russian forces. A “minor incursion” is exactly how the Russian strategy to seize portions of Ukraine would begin. Biden did not intend to give Putin a green light, but Putin is likely to interpret that comment as a green light."

Joe Lieberman points out that Joe Biden's weakness in Afghanistan has emboldened Russia, China and Iran.
"In foreign policy, the most noteworthy, and in my opinion, terrible event was the retreat from Afghanistan. . . . The war was over, we were just there, performing a kind of counterterrorism/moral-support role. And so it was a mistake to pull out, but it was also done in a way that was embarrassingly chaotic. And I think the people like Putin and Xi Jinping, and maybe people like the supreme leader of Iran Khamenei, saw two things: ‘The Americans are no longer willing or even able to be global leaders. They don’t really want to be, but Biden, and Biden wants to focus on domestic policy. So let’s seize this moment of opportunity and expand our own spheres of influence and control’. And so I think Putin is testing Biden right now. And it’s critically important for American security and world security, that the Biden administration does not blink."

Dmytro Kuleba, Ukraine's Foreign Minister, told the WSJ
“Speaking of minor and full incursions or full invasion, you cannot be half-aggressive. You’re either aggressive or you’re not aggressive,” Mr. Kuleba said. “We should not give Putin the slightest chance to play with quasi-aggression or small incursion operations. This aggression was there since 2014. This is the fact.”

The Biden Doctrine is in full view. Biden's behavior has destabilized Europe. Putin is taking advantage of it.
In fact, Putin's "moves threaten to spark a ground war unlike any seen in Europe since the 1940s as he seeks to rewrite the continent’s security arrangements and undo, at least in part, Russia’s defeat in the Cold War."

Who is more delusional? Joe Biden thinking he has been accomplished in his first year or Chris Mooney thinking we can still get an at large to the NCAA tournament?

Does Lightning strike twice? Dean Acheson may say yes, when viewing Biden's comments from the grave.
Dean Acheson in 1950:
"The defensive perimeter runs along the Aleutians to Japan and then goes to the Ryukyus [south of Japan]. We hold important defence positions in the Ryukyu Islands, and those we will continue to hold....
The defensive perimeter runs from the Ryukyus to the Philippine Islands. Our relations, our defensive relations with the Philippines are contained in agreements between us. Those agreements are being loyally carried out and will be loyally carried out."

Joe Biden is channeling his inner Dean Acheson.
Good Old Dean Acheson. He drew a line in the Pacific that excluded South Korea. 2 weeks later, North Korea invaded South Korea.

Is Joe Biden lost or is it the Biden Doctrine? Yahoo thinks he is in over his head.
"One year in, there’s a growing sense that the Biden presidency has lost its way. An Administration that pledged to restore competence and normalcy seems overmatched and reactive....with the chaotic pullout from Afghanistan, The consequences to America’s credibility abroad could be lasting, says Ryan Crocker, former U.S. ambassador in Kabul. “What could be more damaging to internationalism in this country than an internationalist who is perceived as having just completely screwed the pooch?”

The Russian probing in Ukraine is direct reaction to Admin's disastrous and humiliating "withdrawal" from Afghanistan. Look weak. Act weak. The sharks circle. Way of the World since the cave era.

Putin recognizes a weak leader, as does the rest of the world
Trump was a total asshole, but no one questioned how he would deal
with issues like this.

isn’t the normal thinking that for the first rule of holes is that when you are in one STOP digging. Four presidents, too many deaths of American soldiers and billions of dollars for what? Yes the withdrawal was marred by more deaths of soldiers but that withdrawal was necessary to stop digging. When a country has no will to take any action to defend their own women children and themselves against whatever opposition and depend on foreign military and money for support we should not be there. With a son whose group was preparing to deploy there when the halt was announced, you can be certain our family spent many restless nights and my senators received a number of letters with my above second sentence. If the world was so concerned why didn’t more countries send their own troops ? We should not be the world’s Australians.

Biden is definitely trying to dig himself out of the hole he is in, when he ceded defeat to the terrorists in Afghanistan. Everything he has tried has led to failure. Biden signaled to the world that the US would abandon its friends and allies. The tyrants in Russia and China see this and are taking advantage of Biden's weakness. The events in Afghanistan were a prelude to Russian incursion into Ukraine, which will be a prelude to China's invasion of Taiwan. Deterrence is not achieved by evacuation.

So you'd have us still fighting in Vietnam.

This country needs deterrence, not empty promises. Deterrence is not gained through critical race theory in our military nor in our classrooms. Deterrence is not gained by genderist and Trans studies in our schools or military. Deterrence is not obtained by selling out to foreign powers, including China and Russia. Deterrence is not realized by abandoning our citizens, friends and allies. Deterrence is not achieved by fear. Deterrence is not achieved by evacuations.

No US soldiers have been killed in Afghanistan since August 26, 2021. 2312 + US soldiers killed in the amost 20 years of being in Afghanistan. Almost 20 years and nothing changed except we wasted American lives and money. Almost 20 years represents a generation of kids in America post 9/11. Almost 20 years represents four US Presidents. Who dug the hole?

Hey c'mon, evacuating Afghanistan was OK when the Fat Orange Cheeto proposed it. But when Biden actually did it, instead of just gassing about it like 45 did, it's bad.

No, it was Bidens execution (or lack thereof) that's the issue. The guy is a geriatric patient not capable of reading off a script. He shouldn't be anywhere near the oval office. In 1 year he has overseen a disaster in Afghanistan, ramped up Chinese and Russian aggression, not to mention historic inflation at home. The Chinese and Russians know Biden is a weak joke and they are taking full advantage of it.

We have an interesting, if not scary situation.
The right was, and some still are, supporters of Trump And his policies,
but totally disliked the person.
The left is trying to support Biden, but his policies and leadership are failures.
and he has failed as a leader.
