Spiders offered Mattia Acunzo a 6’8’ guard/forward who played for ITPS AAU team that made it to the semifinals of the Adidas Gauntlet, a very high level of competition. UR and USF were quick to offer. Mattia averaged 10.2 points, shot 42.9% from three, 2.7 assists, 4.8 rebounds, and was 21 for 21 from the free throw line. Check out his stats against the high level Adidas competition:

I think yes skill set very good and please dont say you want the dunk.
ha
love the skill set, but yes I want the dunk. if a 6'8" lays the ball in on a breakaway, I don't know how he'll be athletic enough to stay with A10 level forwards on the defensive end.
our strength and conditioning guys will have to get more out of him.

yes plyometric ,and much bench press and curls(joke) , I agree with you but skill set is harder I think to develop than strength now at high level playing

he looks like a high major skill player with mid major athleticism. if he had high major athleticism we wouldn't even be discussing him.

These tapes don't show me anything high major. Not a guy who will dominate and lead you to the NCAA tournament, but could be a valuable player in a couple of years. Skill set could be a match for UR. I would call him developmental (risky) but with potential.

you're right because regardless of skill set, nobody is a high major prospect unless they have high major athleticism.
edit: unless you're a ridiculous shooter, and even then it's unlikely. (Curry, Jimmer, etc.)

Another no star maybe possibly under the best circumstances a bona fide mid-major player. I had to search a bit to find him. He is the 297th rated recruit at his position in the land though...

Appears he can shoot a 3 if someone in front of him can't jump. Nothing to see here...
