Fore is seeking a team that plays a run & press style in order to better highlight what he sees as his best attributes. An NCAA caliber team would certainly be a plus, but he has to be careful not to choose a team whose guards will put him on the bench most of the time.so to the guys here who seemed adamant that Khwan was leaving because he wants a better chance to dance ... still sticking with that being the driving reason?
Still more plausible than Mooney's "going pro" smoke and mirrors show. Point 23.so to the guys here who seemed adamant that Khwan was leaving because he wants a better chance to dance ... still sticking with that being the driving reason?

Wait, you say Fore told Mooney that? I've got some swampland for sale too.
Early in the process was what, two weeks ago? Lol. He was never seriously thinking about going pro.actually, Fore said it himself
When Fore announced is transfer plans at Richmond, he included the possibility of starting his professional basketball career, but that option is fading.
“That was early on in my process,” he said. “But right now I’m kind of leaning toward going back for a fifth year.”
I remember a guy starting for UR a few years ago that was 2 for 25 from 3.
TJ had a stretch one year where he was 2 -25 or worse from 3.Please tell me this is Deion Taylor.

I did mean DTOh ok. I thought you meant during an entire season a player went that which seemed like it would be right up Deion's alley.

You are absolutely fooling yourself if you think this is the reason he's now at Tennessee. He will play less there then he would have here, and he likely will not be able to showcase himself for the pros the way he would have here. This is about making it to the NCAA tournament, plain and simple. It's a nice bonus for him that it's a little closer to his home.Looks like what Khwan said was true, wanted to be closer to home. A shocker people thought he was lying. Glad he was able to do so and will be catching some Vols games next season to see him play! Hopefully can see him in the tourney next year.

He's not going to publicly come out and say, I wanted to go to a school that gave me a better chance to make the NCAA tournament than Richmond did. But why else do you go to a higher caliber program with the knowledge that you will play less as a senior? Answer me that.
if all he wanted was to be closer to home, I bet he could have found a school that was closer than 4 hours away.
And I have never once said that I am never wrong, but keep making stuff up if it makes you feel better. I can promise you I know more about this situation than you do.
The idea that he would have played less here next year then he did this year merits a response only of laughter.
Exactly. I would love to see one example of Mooney intentionally reducing a senior's playing time after he had started 2 years or more. THE WHOLE ARGUMENT ABOUT WHY WE WERE SUPPOSED TO BE MUCH BETTER NEXT YEAR WAS THAT IT TAKES TIME FOR PLAYERS TO LEARN MOONEY'S SYSTEMS! You think he was going to cut the PT of the ONE PLAYER who had the most experience AND was pretty good?
I'll take that bet. Although saying he's in the top 4 or 5 gives you the advantage. I'm guessing his percentage has gone up dramatically the last year or so.
