Wonder what the justification will be for a transfer waiver, unless he's managed to graduate in only three years while attending three different schools.

he has a medical condition that only allows him to stay at a university for one year.
local kid who went to Monacan HS.
we offered but he had a ton of high major offers.
went to VT for one year. barely played.
transferred ... we may have offered again?
went to GW and had a big year with 16 ppg and 5 rpg.
transferred again ... this time to Oklahoma. didn't play much.
transferring again.
This is an example of a kid just abusing the portal. This is still about getting a college education (ha, right), I'm not sure how you can have a kid go to 4 different schools and consider this not a problem. Also, who wants a player, who seemingly can't fit in anywhere more than a 1 year.
I have a fundamental problem with transferring every year. For all of the players who will not play professionally on any level, what "life skills" is that teaching them to think they don't have to stick with a job or any other commitment for more than a year?
