the process to pick the new AD is set. A search company will be used, but then the interview, selection, etc will be made by Ayres and his close advisors. There will be no assistance from Robins or any other athletic friends. More unfortunately in my mind is neither Miller nor Mooney will have any input in the decision. I understand it's Ayres decision to make, but I had hoped for more input from the Robins Center.
