I believe he was referring to W&M (primarily) viewing us as the enemy, allowing us to walk off the plank by ourselves rather than coordinating with us.No one is an "enemy" here. Two people can want us to have the best football program possible while disagreeing how to accomplish that goal.
If NCAT and Delaware St didn't teach this team a lesson then they may not be as bright as the rest of the student population.I have a very uneasy feeling about this game.
This game is Bryant’s Superbowl.
The fact that Nova was manhandled by Maine last weekend is telling and reflects
the underlying parity of the CAA.
From the CAA, I would want Nova, Rhode Island or New Hampshire, in addition to W&M and Elon. From the SoCon, VMI or Furman.I don't know that NDSI or SDSU are required but definitely top 25.
there may be fake rules for NIL, like making the athlete do something for the compensation, or that you can't use NIL to recruit ...
but the point is scholarshipped athletes weren't allowed to make money before. now they are. and it's not just athletes. a piccolo players can be paid too. anyone where there's demand. there was never a good reason for it to be illegal to pay athletes or anyone else that you want services from.
there's a ton of demand for good college athletes. people are clearly willing to pay them. nobody's forcing anyone to.
This is a good idea. We are already scheduled for W&M and one FBS game (for as long as these last). I remember us padding our schedule with Georgetown for an easy win. Now we will get them every year. We would have to schedule a home and home with NDSU or SDSU to keep our street cred.As to the Pat League it could be genius IF the ADept schedules right. OOC games against the top teams in the country and then cruise into a Pats league auto bid.

I agree its capitalism. If it did not interfere with training or studies, what's the issue?there may be fake rules for NIL, like making the athlete do something for the compensation, or that you can't use NIL to recruit ...

Starting to see some fallout to this - VT's Hysier Miller, who was Temple's star last year, was released from the program yesterday and looks like it is related to the Temple investigation from last year. Let's see if it gets reported that he was throwing games last year...
You can still get one from Richmond Spider Tyler Burton starting at $20.
You can still get one from Richmond Spider Tyler Burton starting at $20.This reminds me of Cameo in a sense. Still pissed I didn’t come up w that idea. But my buddy got 1 for my sons team b4 a rivalry high school game. It was Ogre from Revenge of the Nerds. It was hilarious & all about beating those NERDS. Best cameo I’ve seen. Unlike NIL worth every penny.
Yeah, send out this prewritten tweet and here's a check for $25k. Talk to you again next month and we'll do it again. Pleasure doing business with you. Apologies for taking up 5 seconds of your time.
Are you sure one of the other ones didn’t sneak into the game?
Pretty sure it's a Ron Burgundy reference.also nice Doc Brown reference, 39 years in the making.
