There’s always a crazy path, theoretically any team has one to an at large. We get in when we play & win power conf games it’s only proven avenue. Impossible w this schedule. But some love to play the mid major games & happy. Moon doesn’t ever crush the ooc or A10 either, last year 15-3 was closest to doing either part. U r left with astronomical odds but never say never. If u r counting on getting to A10 finals we might as well win that last game our odds r so much better. Also I don’t think the need to get to a10 finals is really a thing anyway. U r a contender with or without that game. Committee is making their decisions b4 that game anyway. Last game is more about whether there’s a bid stealer or not imo.

Valid point. Even if we beat Auburn and run the OOC schedule, likely to get tripped up some in conference- that just happens in conference.

Let's just say Bryson McGlothin is our highest ceiling guy at wing forward, but he is going to make some mistakes and take 15 games of heavy minutes to get up to speed. Would make sense to play him to optimize for A10 tourney. Or maybe that is AP. But agree it's a really odd scenario and with the roster turnover likely to be some early season feeling out anyway.

I mistook your summary and for a moment thought they meant Glou was coming from a terrible offensive team...UConn. As you might imagine, I had to reread and process before realizing my mistake.

Good players can come from bad offensive systems IMO. They just have to buy into the better system they move to. Some coaches were not meant to coach offense.

view Delonnie Hunt as only all A10 caliber guy right now, lot of question marks, they don't think our floor is too low like bottom 4-5 but also see lot of question marks & need to hit on some transfers.

might be as simple as he's burnt out, and he thought he'd have the fire back by the time the season started, but he really wasn't enjoying it anymore. happens sometimes. and while the pay is great, you might look at your account and say "I really don't need more. It's not worth it to me."
