The government certainly doesn't own it. Even if they did 'free speech' only means the government can't arrest you due to comments posted on the board, not that they would allow anything and everything to be posted.

lol. off topic, but this is one of my biggest pet peeves! the common misunderstanding of freedom of speech. I seriously think a huge majority of Americans believe you have the right to say (or type) absolutely anything without repercussion.
