you can't know that at this point in the season. It's his team and we'll see how the season goes. But I will say I don't think I've ever seen special teams play this bad.

Not sure what is worse, the tackling on defense or the special teams play. Not good when 2 of the 3 phases are not up to par.

As atrocious as we have played, I think it is important to remember that this is the first game of the season against the #3 team in the nation. Their QB was FCS player of the year last year and their receivers are extremely quick. Our defensive backs are in completely different coverages. We have a completely new offensive and defensive scheme. We have talent and are better than we are showing. Now, if we look like this in mid October, we're having a different discussion.
