Congrats to the Wildcats but seeing them on the top perch with the memory of our game here in September is pretty tough to swallow.
In the Coaches Poll Coastal Carolina & that difficult schedule sitting at # 1. Wonder what our record would be if we played that schedule? I just don't see them being ahead of NDSU, NH, Vill.
Add me to the list of those wishing a healthy return of Michael Strauss and his gunslinger arm. You've got to love watching him and the momentum he creates and sustains. I also like the fact that he doesn't stare down who he's going to throw to. This keeps the defensive secondary more honest. MR seems to look for his first & maybe only read.

I don't think they really use the polls at all. I have heard as much in the past, and judging from the fields in the past, it seems to hold true.
