Recruit for 2014 (LAX)

New recruit for 2014 out of St. Anthony's. Looked at Dartmouth, Colgate and Lafayette. Not sure if this is the 1st recruit for next year or not.

As well as the coaching staff branching out and grabbing kids from Alabama and California.

I'm not too suprised about a kid out of CA, but I am fascinated that he found a kid in AL that is D-1 caliber. I look forward to the story about him.

Jack Worstell is an excellent fit for the program. High quality kid from a high quality Garden City program who will prep a year before coming to UR. Scored goals in both the NYS Class B semifinals and finals. Didn't have huge stats because of the depth of talent around him but will set the right example from the minute he steps on the practice field. Father was a great HS player and then played at Maryland, 2 uncles voted among top 50 players all time in ACC.

Jack comes from Garden City and lacrosse rich Long Island.Hotchkiss plays in the tough New England prep league of Trinity Pawling,Choate,Andover,Exeter,Suffield,Kent.
