Plunkett-well not new according to Urban Dictionary "A word that is to be utilized for virtually any situation or context. The word is both a verb, and adjective, noun or pronoun or any other type of word it needs to be."

So here in the Commonwealth, I'll roll with this

We got 'plunketted' in Virginia leading to many vacant judgeships, requiring a suduko puzzle whiz expertise ability to schedule dockets, such that there are even too many for the great, now hopefully enjoying his second retirement, black robed T to assist.

believe in the southwest part of the commonwealth, better known as the hangin judge....
