Same league. 20-game regular season kicks off May 24 and runs for a couple months.
Does Canada have a G-League team? I would think that would be something the league would want to do to expand the game - especially with just one Canada NBA team. Not saying the players have to be Canadian - but outside of the short season league, they got nothing up there but Toronto Raptors.
Yes, the Raptors have a G League team in Toronto (Mississauga): Raptors 905. Blake briefly played for them.
Did not realize MFG has been playing in Cyprus, but he's heading back to Canada this summer to play in the CEBL again.

Nate's River Lions got the better of Matt's Surge last night, 109–89, although Nate had a relatively quiet night from his starting spot with only 8 points on 4 FG attempts. Matt was 1-for-2 from deep in 5 minutes off the bench. Matt's been averaging 10 minutes and 3 points per game, but shooting a solid 57% (33% from deep).
