Hopefully there will be more Red than Yellow on Tuesday night. Thinking -15 spread? No guess on final score from me.

Reflecting the reality of how bad we are this season (249 NET vs. 31) - you can go on the athletics site and buy tickets for this game. Not sold out the day before our biggest "rivalry" game. Best we can hope for is getting lucky and dropping a bad loss on their resume.

Will say, I was not super impressed with VCU heading into the season. But as Gkiller correctly predicted, they have been very good. They have basically dominated the A10 this season. Being 200 positions behind VCU should be automatic termination of AD and HC in any season that metric is triggered. Heck, 100 positions behind is crazy.

That was my initial thought as well. Highly doubt home court will be a boost. I would think our players would be embarrassed at the first game result and effort. But also could be that time in the season when it is easier to hang your head.

The first game was no fluke, VCU is better than us in every single facet and and at every single position on the floor. We look like JV squad scrimmaging the varsity. Additionally, they are super aggressive on both ends of the floor, crash the boards relentlessly, and their guards can shoot right over our guards.

I question how much of a home court advantage we will have tomorrow as well. Students have yet to show up for a single game and be honest is anyone remotely excited about us getting our a**es handed to us again. I'm not.

VCU is in the hunt for an at large and the NET rewards blowouts so I don't expect them to step off the gas either.

This will be another blowout guaranteed. Almost 400 tickets remain the day before the game. You'd think that would resonate with the powers that be, but of course it doesn't. Why would any of us spend $100 or more to watch this bloodletting in person with a friend or family member?

Seriously. Invite someone out to watch the "big intracity rivalry game" and they will just walk away wanting to go to a damn VCU game.
