I realize it's only the preseason, but Justin is continuing to get solid minutes with the Nets. He scored 10 points and had 5 rebounds against the hapless Sixers. I am optimistic that this will be a breakthrough year for him. It's great to see him persevere and be on the verge of realizing his NBA dream.

Harp has been on a roll over the last three weeks, averaging 21 points and 8 rebounds in his last 8 games in the D-League. His relatively high percentage of 3's made (38%) is what NBA scouts care about most. He is now listed among the league's top prospects. Look for him to get another shot in the NBA within a few weeks.

NBA scouts will often say they look hard for the guy that can do one or two things very well in the league. Not everyone can be the franchise player, so they need a number of role players. Hopefully Justin can convince them he can do that.

Good news for Harper!... no better way for Mooney to recruit than to mention Harper's success....may have a hand in Richmond kids going to U of R and a 3 star recruiting class coming in....
