Just an observation...toward the end of the UMass game during a timeout I saw Hovde clapping his hands, pointing fingers and yelling at the players sitting in the seats (starters). Right On! Anybody ever see Mooney do this?

I saw Mooney yell at a lot of players his first few season. Before our “fans” complained to the AD and neutered him. Being a nice guy is more important. Of course, he lost a bunch then as well…it was just a little more entertaining. Really thought he was going to go blue chips a couple of times.

During the sju blowout I saw a lot of dyspeptic looks on hovdes face. I’ve seen that face before on the sidelines.
