Quality of the streams above all else. If you want to overcharge me for this product fine, but at least make sure the streaming quality is good. Over multiple seasons I have been at my JMU friends house where they stream their games and the quality of the stream is something out of 2008. I've seen janitors buffer less than their streams.
Now if you take a look at some of their prior business practices as well it should alarm CAA fans we are aligned with this cartel in the first place. First I cant even simply find out what the cost is without joining first but it looks like 29.99 a mo or 150 a year when using the google. They are notorious for overcharging accounts. They have over
700 complaints from the BBB. Check out their 3.8 rating score in the apple store that was below 3 for some time. They do blackouts as well. ESPN has a 4.6 rating. I'm not here to promote the mouse because ESPN has its share of problems as well, but they're an established brand and I can tune in and cannot recall any technical issues and most sports fans that stream have that. Flo is a niche company that broadcasted sports no one else would because it wasn't profitable and eventually finagled its way into FCS football and MLS. DCU fans revolted so much IIRC they actually had to cancel the contract with them.
This "seven figure contract" that got signed with it is probably like 1 dollar over a million bucks. Why not just say what the deal is worth? Apparently a lot of that TV money doesn't even make it to the football affiliates and are used to buy CAA games if you believe the message board chatter.
CAA shouldn't be in bed with this company.
