I am concerned that the Spids will not have recovered from the VCU by the time we have our game against St. Joes. If UR comes out strong, it will be a good game. If we get behind and have to fight to catch up, we will lose.

Re: At St. Joes

If Kendall shoots 50% from the floor and plays 30 minutes, UR is hard to beat. Josh Jones is ready.

Re: At St. Joes

My only fear is if they got their legs back. Watched RPI and they looked like they were running in mud. Bembry will get his, must stop everyone else.

Re: At St. Joes

That's with RPI playing 9 people, we basically play 6. Like mentioned, hope JJ gets some minutes.

Re: At St. Joes

Yes. UR will need someone who can help Kendall and can provide a spark off the bench. I think Josh Jones can do that.

Re: At St. Joes

hopefully get over the stiffness and get going quickly now 5-7 all K0

I love it when two of our guys both have the rebound, collide, and it ends up directly leading to an easy basket for the other team. UGH.

This color commentator is awful. "A bad decision by Richmond to foul" the guy who just made a three-pointer. Yathink? Earlier he said we were a great rebounding team.

Sounds like we are back to playing like the Washington Generals so far tonight.

SDJ was just steamrolled, no call. Second blatant no-call that went against us.

Kendall is only Spider to try to score in paint, unfortunately, he tried to out jump Bembry. Ain't gonna happen. We're depending totally on 3 point shooting to stay in game. Fouls are lopsidedly against UR, could be tough to find someone to play in 2nd half.

Despite some early miscues, we are down only 2. We need to find a way to get Terry and TJ to score inside, and we really need to try to not pile up fouls, as it's a short bench.

Closed the half on a 13-2 run. Up 31-25! Very impressive few minutes there by our guys.

I felt St. Joe's was winning the game, until Martelli's T. That said, score was tied up. After that, we went on a run, Terry made some good moves. SDJ fouled with 0.4 seconds left in half, and Hawks trimmed our lead.

Really need to see Terry and TJ score more inside, in second half. That will free Kendall and SDJ on perimeter. Must stay out of foul trouble. Given the first 10 minutes of play, I'm happy to see Spiders up at halftime. But Bembry is the real thing, we have to have a good second half, because he's going to score on us.

Out rebounded 17-12 but winning turnovers 4-8. Hopefully Cline and SDJ show up in second half to counter if Bembry shows up.

I suspect Bembry will score a bunch in the second half but the other guys won't. So it will be cancel itself out in reverse of how the first half went. We are moving the ball well and started getting some better looks in close at the end of the half, so if we keep that up, we should be in good shape. St. Joe's is not a good team overall.

We are going to have to make free throws, hope they are up to it. Neither team is in foul trouble.

Phil Martell is such an ass. Anyone hear his comment coming out of HT about Trey's shooting? Just unnecessary.

For real, K! Must be a full moon tonight, between that and Trey making two threes. But yes, Martelli was pretty douchey with his halftime commentary there.

Also *obligatory Deion Taylor steal*
