A few interesting Spider stats in A10 play

With the bad news about Blake I thought I would share a few positive stats from A10 play through 4 games.

1. We are 42 for 47 in free throws for 89.4%
2. Sherod is beginning to turn it on. 14.3 points per game, 50% shooting and 43% from 3s
3. Andre, Jake and Tyler are averaging a combined 13.1 points a game and all are shooting at or over 50%, which is a big improvement since earlier this season.
4. Defense, we are holding opponents to 38.7% shooting and 22.0% from 3s

This was against 3 of 4 top 100 NET ranked teams when we played them.

Now, Golden and Gilyard need to fulfill their destinies. The stats do not show the character of this team. Each member of this team has shown the heart of warriors- winners at every point. Everyone needs to step up. Bring it on- Grant and Jake.
