Of course! Anybody on this board talking Spiders nearly 24/7 should be there. No question.Yep. Dogwalker and I will be there.
I understand a few years ago we had something like 27 fans there. I hope a lot more Spiders show up this year!Is anyone planning on going?
Getting? He isn't majority owner? I thought I heard about a quiet sale by Anbang...I thought 32 was getting everyone a suite at the Waldorf Astoria?

Don't mind the editing, but curious as to why. The email sent by the University advertising the tournament states where the team is staying. Don't think they're trying to keep it secret.Marriott at Brooklyn Bridge will be where some stay

I agree. Although it was from the Spider Club I believe. And I don't see it on the website or twitter...Don't mind the editing, but curious as to why. The email sent by the University advertising the tournament states where the team is staying. Don't think they're trying to keep it secret.
Are there any pregame/postgame meet up places to hang out before or after the games? I am not a member of the Spider Club but would be fun to hang out with some spider fans before or after games. I am staying in the financial district, it's also my first time in New York (besides a day trip about 16 years ago) any suggestions on good places to eat and things to do?
Check out Pig Beach bbq in Brooklyn. It's owned by a Richmond grad. I expect you'll find some Spiders there. Only a mile from Barclays.
With your location I recommend two things. 1. The 9/11 memorial & museum tour. 2. also take the free Staten Island Ferry back & forth for a pretty quick trip with great views of Statue of Liberty without the time required to actually go to monument. Don't get suckered in by the ppl selling "private" tours in Battery Park. Just take the Staten Island Ferry, way to do it imo.
Yes, we can beat anyone. It would take close to a perfect game against Dayton - I believe they are a legit Final Four contender. If we play at the A10 tournament like we played last night, we can beat any team in the league and will give Dayton its 1st loss in conference play. Having 10 guys who can rotate in is very helpful when you have to play games on consecutive nights.
You liked & quoted this post #70 in projected seeds thread on SatWow. It didn't really dawn on me until taking another look at the bracket this morning how perfectly it fell into place for us. Of course we still need to play the games, but....all four teams we lost to are on the other side. We are 9-0 against our half, 5-4 against the top half, and 0-3 against seeds 1, 4, & 5.
I believe that's Jacob's older brother.
Didn’t know who this was, but the Chiefs logos and the mention of Jacob were strong clues. Definitely agree that with him that UR is not able to benefit from name recognition like other schools in the A10 would have.I believe that's Jacob's older brother.
