Lehigh first-year quarterback Hayden Johnson claimed Patriot League Football Rookie of the Week for the second time after throwing one touchdown pass and rushing for another in the Mountain Hawks’ 38-14 win over Lafayette to clinch a share of the Patriot League title and an automatic bid to the FCS Playoffs.

Mountain Hawks’ junior placekicker Nick Garrido was named Patriot League Special Teams Player of the Week after converting all five of his PAT attempts and connecting a 31-yard field goal in a 38-14 victory over the Leopards.

Florida Tech are very bad

AP polls heavily favoring power conference teams. Northern Iowa beat Iowa State who was #8 at the time, is 4-1 with only loss to a very good Ball State (4-1 with only loss to UNC) and didn’t get any votes in AP poll.

I saw your last video. Your tenacity with the ball far exceeded the Tribes. Afterall, their interior lines had far more mileage this season. Comparatively speaking, you are tan rested and ready.

Unfortunately that is a reality for schools like UR, especially after our kind of success. On the flip side, I hope we can capitalize on this success and get a lot of very good transfers.

Buckle up for the NIL vultures in 2025 for some of our guys.
