Almost unbelievable stat.special teams put defense in terrible situations allowing 44.7 yards per return on 3 kickoffs.
Why is that hilariously coincidental? Also, because I find it hilariously coincidental, SLU is getting lit up by 2 guys who are 6'7" 200 lbs - they have 33 points combined at the half.
Could have fooled me and said this was a Jayson Nelson statlineSLU bench: 31m, zero points, zero assists, 5 fouls.
Sounds like a great trip back. Bernie's and Phil's must have been memory lane visits, but suspect you were disappointed that the Tempo Room is no longer open.Bernie's and Phil's. Somehow missed out on Villa Pizza and bumping to the AWB at the Pass.
The Pikes are back on campus, in the old Phi Delt house. The Delts have moved down OFR into the old Fiji house, and apparently the Fijis have moved into a new lodge on NFR. The old SAE house is now a university building; the SPE's were the only ones on OFR in the same place from my era.
To those who disparage him, President Hallock was at the Pike tailgater on Saturday and the movers and shakers from our end said we would not be back on campus without his support. I heard through the grapevine the Phi Kaps are also looking to reorganize and return to campus.

yeah he's a larger bird for sure ..it's one game, but I feel Avila might be over-hyped. he's good and all. but he's not Larry Bird.
Fans are not football players. We should look ahead. Each of these games has playoff implications. They are too important to ignore. You and others here are right about winning one game at a time to be sure we even make the playoffs. I feel sure the team is doing so.
I had not thought of it when posting other teams records earlier, was more thinking about seeding situations, so apologize for getting a little ahead of the immediate need on a week-by-week basis in earlier post.
It was tongue in cheek. What does 9 and 4 get us?Im not so sure.
D1 games maybe but on Wed night he will come in at the 4:30 mark when we are up 75-45.from Mooney's quote, sounds like he's practicing but not ready for games, right?
