Spiders dominate the third and are up 57–39 heading to the fourth.
Hill stepped on Doogan's foot and rolled her ankle late in the quarter and limped off. Didn't look awful on the replay, so hopefully not too bad.

Spiders with a strong finish to juice the metrics and get the 23-point win, 79–56. Spider bench was emptied for the final 75 seconds, but even they padded the lead with a triple from Richard and a pair at the line from Newell.
Lady Spiders are a joy to watch.....well coached and shooting lights out, being 2nd in the nation to UConn..............
Hats off to Jimenez who gave a boost offensively today from the backup #2 spot. She and Katie Hill combined for 23 points from that spot.
Hope Katie Hill’s ankle issue is a mild sprain. This was a somewhat tight 20+ pt win as Rhody kept hanging in there throughout with the 2nd Qtr being the most problematic. Of course, the Lady Spiders were just as resilient.

Rhode Island is a dangerous team. I would not want to meet them in A 10 tourney.
Just did a quick calculation, and in our 9 conference wins the average margin of victory is 24.1 points. Largest margin - Loyola by 40. Smallest - 2 versus GMU. Not too shabby.
Nothing about our women's team is too shabby. Sorry I had to miss yesterday. Keep on keeping on!
