Team defense has been a strength tonight, especially last few possessions.

Grant has been good on both ends pretty much all night
He had a huge block earlier in the game in what seemed like a key moment at the time.
Something to note as we head into the final few minutes. Wisconsin has 1 timeout remaining and we have 3. We need to limit any bad turnovers near the end by just calling a timeout. Wasting a timeout is so much better than wasting a possession inside the final couple minutes.

Great to win this game, especially when Gilyard and sherod only score 13 combined. Defense was very good. Sal had a very good game defensively off the bench

Magnificant defensive effort tonight. Shocking to see based on first few games but proud of the guys for bringing the intensity.
We held Wisconsin to one field goal in the final 11 minutes of that game. That may be the most impressive defensive stat we have all season.
I will say, even though Gilyard and sherod didn’t put up big numbers, they both hit big shots down the stretch.
We looked like the better team for the entire game.

Spiders played good defense when it mattered. Offensively, Wisconsin didn't exactly cover themselves in glory the last 10 minutes of the game, either.

Bucky Badger seemed to give up open shots just to drive into hapless positions. I liked the way we kept countering their punches.
Wisc gains an extra player 2nd semester, they may go on a tear and really make this win look better, Got to be a Badger rooter going forward.
Defense won that game. So amazing to see how we pick each other up when someone isn’t having a great game. Sal was incredible
and there it is....Only took 20 minutes for the hate to appear.

Wisconsin on a neutral court is the best win in the A10 so far this season. If our defense can consistently perform as they did tonight we will be a very dangerous team.
Very happy for Sal. He had a very nice game, with great defense while giving Grant some rest time. And all in his home backyard.
What I liked is the fact they they showed they can also win a tight (from start to finish) low scoring game. They also showed a lot of confidence and didn't panic when losing the lead.

Agreed pretty dominant performance. Led almost wire to wire, answered every Wisconsin bucket or run promptly. I thought we had a lot of shots rim out or the margin would have even been larger.
Stormed the court and bear hugged Mooney!!!
