3) Have at least 1/2 players attempt to get an offensive board
4) Get the ball to TA/TJ down low often for more high % shots/FTAs

I believe SJ was referencing personnel playing time in his defense vs. offense emphasis. If so, I agree. But if your on the court, no matter who you are, you need to defensively rebound.

you rebound better by playing your better rebounders. for example, if you want a strong rebounding team on the floor, Trey is definitely out there. but then you're emphasizing defense over offense. hence the contradiction.

That's it! Having specific guys out there for scoring purposes as much/greater than defending.
