A Wag on the Lamb board posted his opinion that VCU President Rao should have VCU buy the UR campus since the Spiders are now longer competitive with VCU. This Wag is probably unaware that if it wasn't for the Robins 50 million gift in 1969, UR would've most likely become a state school. UR President Modlin had meetings with the Commonwealth Dept of Higher Ed, to transition UR to a state school. Due to the Robins gift, the University of Richmond did not go state or belly up!

I can't win. I missed the recent updates in the 2017-18 schedule thread because of my ignore list settings, and now it only took a few hours for me to regret turning it off.
