vs St.Bonaventure (A-10 tournament)

Don’t think we played well but we’re tied at the half. Half to figure Adams is going to get hot in the 2nd. We’re going to need to match any runs they go on.

And freakin box out.

Should have said Mobley

Agree 2k. That’s why it’s so maddening CM won’t try something different. We couldn’t be much worse defensively.

Sure wish Nick had a motor. He stands around a lot and just watches the game. We need him and are a different team without him.

Really bad shot selection after cutting it to 6

And coach calls his last TO with 2 minutes to go

Shame to lose to that sorry one man show. Spiders valient effort at the end, Sherod almost had the dagger

Fitting end to an awful season. Ready to close the book and never look back at this year.

Don’t wanna put it on any one or two players, but man, could’ve used more than 5-23 from the field by golden and Sherod. Khwan had a great game

I really appreciate that the team didn't give up, even when down 17 in the 2nd half. They fought back and made it a game, that takes grit. Thanks to the players for this season, it wasn't what we had hoped for but I still appreciate the effort they put in and I enjoyed watching the games.

Khwan finished the season very strong, I think he is going to have a very good senior year.

Contested 3 wasn’t a great shot, nor was a rushed 3 in transition, a Golden 3 or Gilly taking one from half court. We had plenty of chances but didn’t make great decisions.

But we’re young and competed.

Bad shot selection has been our Achilles heel most of this season. Is is that the coaches are not making their wishes clearly known? Or is it that the players are just making very poor mental decisions? Or is is that the guys who should be taking most of our 3-point shots (Nick and Jake) are making the extra pass to the guys who should not be taking the key shots, and then we get a bad result? Someone closer to the program, and the players may know the answer to this mystery? One thing that is clear to me is that I would like to see Jake take on a much more assertive role next season in calling the plays on the court, and of calling his # and Nick's far more often for 3s and Grant's and Buck's far more often for inside shots. Clearly we are not communicating the right plans and we are executing the non-plans to perfection.

Shot selection should be the #1 issue to drill into this team next season, and there needs to be a plan for how it gets improved, whether this be Jake calling the plays or someone else. .

It was a joint effort. No defense is still the main factor. They shot 52 % from 3. We were still in it because they were 12-23 from free throw line. We did out rebound them but turned the ball over 15 times.

Sherod was ice cold, but someone should have stepped up to pick up the slack.

Nick was 1-10.

Find myself in the bizarre position of agreeing with Ulla. Think this team has a lot to offer in the coming years. The starting five looks to be potent. Just need a little bench help. Hope Coach can come through for them.

Agree somewhat but I don’t see our defense being able to be good enough with this group the way it’s constructed.

The Bonnies are projected as a 9 seed right now with 12 at-large teams between them and the first team out.

Didn't realize Lunardi had them as a 9th seed. Just heard that Middle Tenn could be on the bubble though I believe they deserve to get a bid. Just don't see Bonny as a 9 seed.

They might get a better seed, but at this point I don't see the Bonnies dropping below a 9. They are 3-2 in Quadrant 1 (top 50 wins) and 5-1 in Quadrant 2 (50-100 wins). That is very good, nowhere near the bubble.

Mobley was lights out. He was hitting from deep. I didn’t feel like the defense was poor, he just elevated their O.

Good effort by the guys. If nick or grant had even been close to on, that would’ve been ours. If and buts...

On to next year.
