Vandy played Kentucky, Tennessee, Florida , etc. I don't see it as a big move. Pitt has pretty tough
requirements, equivalent to Vandy. I guess the ACC mystique and money.

Both coaches (Pitt and Vandy) moved from hot seats to cool ones. Both were lateral moves, other than temperature.
