i think this is the biggest takeaway for me too. The mess of having such a non factor as Keith Gill as AD is going to take a long time to dig out of, if it does happen.

I never liked the Durden hire but instead of just firing the OC, you should really fire the guy who hired him. It’s his team that under performed last season. It’s his team looks even worse this season. Accountability is all on the HC.

No fullback, soft spread offense is just not a fit for UR or the CAA. We could still come back and win this game but i have been thinking it for a while.
