The attitude of a winning program. Love it!. Duplicate it across all Spider sports.
Going to amend this. Believe all our student athletes obviously want to win in their sport. The kicker is they are too often placed at significant disadvantage bc our school does not fully fund scholarships in many sports. If you are not serious about supporting a program aimed at winning championships, then quit the facade and get out of the sport.

Allison Kwolek recruited very key players that contributed immeasurably to the success of this years team-
Tierney,Frank, DeCenzo,Bloyer .All will graduate.Next years players and recent recruiting and the teams success falls squarely on the shoulders of Ann Harrington.
Worried about the Mens side…
Tierney,Frank, DeCenzo,Bloyer each have an extra year of eligibility due to Covid.

Tierney is in the portal for her extra year.
The recruits that Coach Kwolek secured are starting to graduate out of the program, it'll be interesting to see if our current coach can keep a good pipeline of high-level recruits coming in. None of the ones I see out there on Inside Lacrosse are ranked at all for this coming year and the next.
